To ensure we can get you your Sundae goodies by the 25th, please place your order before the 16th of December. 

All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 1-2 business days. Standard Shipping within Australia takes 2-7 business days after time of dispatch.

How long will my order take to arrive?

All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 2 business days. Standard shipping within the UK takes 2-7 business days from time of dispatch.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped out, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number that you can use to track your order.

Do you process orders during weekend and public holidays?

Sorry! Unfortunately our warehouse is closed on weekends and Public Holidays, so your order will be processed the following business day.
